Shipping Cost
The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.
- Standard delivery - our process is to prepare your order and dispatch on the same day if order placed before 3.30 p.m (Friday- Monday), which means you receive your order within 2-4 working days.
- For Express deliveries [UK only], for order received before 3.30 p.m, we will processed and dispatch your order on priority basis to ensure it reaches you within next working days. Please make sure you are at the delivery address within next working day so this can be delivered to you. Please note expedited orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following business days (except for major holidays).
- Please allow up to 8-12 business days for International shipping. (Orders outside the UK may have a slightly longer shipping time.)
- We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties for example due to poor weather conditions.
