The replacement laptop screen arrived promptly the next day and, with the help of YouTube, replacing the broken screen was very simple and straightforward and took less than 20 minutes to do. Very pleased with the service.

Excellent screen, perfect fit, delivered when quoted. Fitting instruction video is generic, maybe look at putting product series specific videos on the page for each screen, i.e. HP pavilion series, etc.
