Important Information – Please Read Before Purchase and Installation
Screen Testing:
Before installation, please test the LCD screen by connecting it to your laptop while keeping the screen outside the casing. Power on the device to ensure the display functions correctly it should show a clear image with no flickering, lines, or dead pixels. Proceed with full installation only after confirming everything is working as expected.
Compatibility Notice:
If we do not have the exact screen part number in stock, then we will be shipping one of the following Brands: Samsung Electronics, LG Philips, Au Optronics, ChiMei, Chungwa (Cpt), Innolux, Boehydis, HKC etc.
Connector Variations:
Please check the picture of the product before purchasing as some of these panels come with different types of connectors or the connector could be in a different position.
Pixel Policy:
In accordance with ISO 13406-2 (Type 2 & 3) norms, allowing 2-5 Dead Pixels are within acceptable industry standards. Dead pixels do not indicate the quality of the display screen. The rare possibility of having dead pixels comes as part of the manufacturing of LCD screens and major manufacturers do not consider 2-5 dead pixels as a defect that is enough to scrap the display.

Warranty
• If defect or damage is occurred in transit, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller within 7 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
• If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller by writing to our office TECHNOLOGYVS UK LTD, 9, North Hyde Road, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 4NJ, United Kingdom or by e-mail to info@technologyvs.co.uk within 28 days of receipt of the Goods.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Our shipping methods include Royal Mail, UPS and DHL.
Can I return or exchange the item?
• The Buyer may cancel the order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days.
• Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer's expense within 7 days of cancellation in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey.
• The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of software, audio or visual recordings if these have been unsealed by the Consumer.
• Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
What do I do if my package was damaged?
• The Buyer shall inspect the goods following delivery & notify the Seller if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract.

• Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer, PayPal and all types of Cards. Please note, bank transfers may take some time to reflect.
How can I get a trade account / price.

Do you ship to Europe (Countries)?
Yes, we ship to all Member States of the European Union. All shipments are carried out in accordance with applicable European Union transport and trade policies. Customers are responsible for value-added tax (VAT), customs clearance fees and import duties if applicable. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.
