Any use of a brand name or model designation for a non-OEM product is made solely for purposes of demonstrating compatibility. Our Company and this Website are neither affiliated with, authorized by, licensed by, distributors for, nor related in any way to these computer manufacturers.

DEFINITIONS

  • "Buyer" means any legal person or body corporate who’s Order is accepted by the Company
  • "Consumer" shall have the meaning ascribed in section 12 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977;
  • "Contract" means any contract for the supply of Goods or Services by the Company to the Customer
  • "Goods" means any goods forming the subject of this contract including parts and components of or materials incorporated in them
  • "Seller" means TECHNOLOGYVS LTD, 9, North Hyde Road, Hayes, Middlesex UB3 4NJ that owns and operates www.technologyvs.co.uk
  • "Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this agreement and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Seller;
  • "Website" means www.technologyvs.co.uk

CONDITIONS

  • These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by TechnologyVS
  • Any variation to these Terms and Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Seller.
  • TechnologyVs gives no assurance as to the mutual compatibility of components sold on any single invoice. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for the purpose intended.
  • These terms and conditions are subject only to UK law.
  • Any complaints should be addressed to the Seller's address stated in clause 1.5.

ORDERING

  • We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from your card issuer. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
  • Provided your chosen goods are available we will process your order and you will receive an automated email order confirmation. Buyers are notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 28 days.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

  • The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the Supplier's website at the time you place your order.
  • The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed in the Buyer's shopping cart prior to confirming the order.
  • Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the Supplier's website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If you cancel the order, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
  • Payment of the price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods.

RIGHTS OF SELLER

  • The Seller reserves the right to periodically update prices on the Website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. The Seller shall make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the point at which the Buyer places an order.
  • The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any Goods from the Website at any time.
  • The Seller shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any Goods from the Website or for refusing to process an order.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
  • Orders placed before 3.00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.
  • Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted- Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 4 working days of acceptance of order
  • Goods supplied outside the UK will normally be delivered within 12 working days of acceptance of order.
  • If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the Supplier's control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.
  • Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.
  • Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
  • Title in the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until payment of the price has been made in full.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN

  • You have the right to cancel the order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days.
  • The Buyer shall inspect the goods following delivery & notify the Seller if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract.
  • Except in the case of faulty or mis-described goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown within the Returning Goods section of the website. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. In the case of faulty or mis-described goods we shall, after receiving notification, either collect the goods from you or ask you to return the goods yourself and possibly refund you the reasonable postage costs.
  • To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the Supplier by post or via email to [email protected] giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
  • Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer's expense within 28 days of cancellation in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges.
  • Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.
  • Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Seller the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and the Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Seller or that of the Seller's agents or employees.

WAIVER

  • No waiver by the Seller (whether express or implied) in enforcing any of its rights under this contract shall prejudice its rights to do so in the future.

FORCE MAJEURE

  • The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the Seller shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England & Scotland and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English & Scottish courts

UK WEEE REGULATIONS

  • By purchasing any AC power adapter, the customer is taking on the obligation to deal with the WEEE in accordance with the WEEE regulations in relation to the treatment, recycling & recovery and environmentally sound disposal of the WEEE.
